What is the 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program?
This 21 day challenge is a program to support the lifestyle that is foundational in achieving a slim figure and maintaining a healthy body. It is also a platform to provide community support, motivation and inspiration so that you will not have to go through this journey on your own. Throughout the 21 days, you will be receiving crucial information for weight loss and maintenance that you can carry with you for years to come! All Group Members will go through the process together as a team! So you KNOW you have a bunch of like-minded women to come alongside you and support you.
What happens after the 21 days?
The purpose of the 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program is to give you a foundation for living the lifestyle that supports your weight goals. After you complete it, you can choose to re-enroll for the next season to keep your momentum going! There is a new season for the LIVE Coaching every month.
How do I get points during the LIVE Coaching Program?
There will be action steps to perform each day once the LIVE Coaching Program has begun. Each action has points that you can earn and add up until the very end of the program. You can earn up to 14 Points per day for the entire LIVE Coaching. There will be special days where you have the chance to earn extra points, which will be explained in depth during the program!
177-276 Points = Master Challenger
176-107 Points = Diamond Challenger
106-50 Points = Gold Challenger
**Only Master Challengers will receive a physical certificate. Diamond and Gold Challengers will receive a digital copy of their certificate.

How do I use the GUIDES/LEARNING section in the LIVE Coaching Program?
Each Daily Dose will be posted in the Facebook Group and added into the ‘Guides’ tab located below the group banner. All you need to do is simply click on that tab and go through each unit in the order presented. Once you have completed a post, click ‘DONE’ on the bottom of the post and you can see your progress at the top section of that particular unit.
Once you have completed that unit, move onto the next! If there aren’t any posts in the next unit yet, great! That means you have completed the latest learning content and are all caught up. Once the next post is up, you will be able to see it.
How does the LIVE Coaching Program Work?
The 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program is a digital challenge. You will be given all the tools needed to easily navigate through the course and meet each day's challenge, including training videos, meal ratings, LIVE video sessions and much more!
‘NOVUS Brain Trainer’ by NOVUS has all of the daily actions, workouts, meals, and information needed throughout the LIVE Challenge. You will track your progress and points in the ‘5 Pillars’ section of the mobile app.
At the end of each week, there is a Weekly Checkpoint where you will record your weight and body measurements. When you complete the final checkpoint, you will be awarded your Challenger Status based on the number of points you accumulated: Gold, Diamond or Master! We will announce the winner of the LIVE Coaching Program in the Novus Facebook LIVE Coaching & Support Group before it is closed.

Can I do the LIVE Coaching Program more than once?
YES! We want to make sure you have a solid foundation to create the ULTIMATE TRANSFORMATION! We highly suggest doing multiple Challenges until you’ve mastered The 5 pillars of the Novus Lifestyle. Can I still do the LIVE Challenge if I can’t exercise?
Most definitely! Our exercises are fun, simple and easy to adjust no matter what your current skill level or limitation. They can also be modified to suit your condition and needs. Also, the workout session can be done from the comfort of your own home! No equipment or gym membership is required 😉
What if I miss the LIVE Weekly Dose?
Participating in the LIVE Weekly Dose offers you the opportunity to interact with each of the Coaches LIVE! If you’re unable to join in the LIVE video, you will be able to access all of the videos in the “Guides” tab until the end of the 21 Day Coaching Program when the group closes on Day 30.
Help! I’m following all of the exercises on the program, and still not getting any results?
You must learn how to trust the process.
It takes a person 6-8 weeks to notice their body changing. Stick with it, stay focused and be sure you are taking progress pictures & body size measurements (tummy & buttocks).
It WILL work if you don't give up! Also make sure you are completing at least 4 out of the 5 items on the Program Checklist each day! If you are only doing the exercise component and not the rest, you won't see the result you are expecting!
What is a Challenge Champion?
At the end of each 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program, each participant will have the opportunity to win the exclusive, highly coveted title of Challenge Champion! Candidates submit their measurements (weight, tummy & buttock measurements, pictures).

How do I become the Challenge Champion?
At the end of each 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program, each participant will have the opportunity to win the exclusive, highly coveted title of Challenge Champion! Candidates submit their measurements (weight, tummy & buttock measurements, pictures).
The coaches will calculate the score of all participants and the one with the highest body percentage of weight loss will claim the title! Body percentage calculation is based on how much weight the participant has lost in comparison to her starting weight.
To become the LIVE Challenge Champion, you will record your daily points from each daily focus and record them in your Weekly Checkpoints. At the end of the 21 Day LIVE Program, you will submit your Final Checkpoint to see overall points.
I would like to use the mobile app on multiple devices - what should I do?
We are so glad you are enjoying the convenience of ‘NOVUS Brain Trainer’ by NOVUS and its ability to be used on multiple devices! Simply download the app on your other device and login using the same credentials and you’ll be able to access the app as usual.
What if I no longer use the email I signed up with or I lost my password?
I’d be happy to help you with this! To change your email address on your account, please send your request to [email protected] and include your old email address along with the new email address that you would like to use. Once we have this information, we will be able to update that for you.

When do orders ship out?
We aim for 3-5 days in West Malaysia, and 5-7 days in Sabah & Sarawak! Just keep in mind that we have no control over any delays the carriers may face, especially if there is a Movement Control Order (MCO) in the state you reside in. How much should I rest between workouts?
That depends on the type of workout and intensity. The general rule of thumb is to work on different body parts 5-6 days a week, and give your body 1 day to recover.
I only have about 45 minutes to an hour everyday to workout. Is this enough?
If you have an efficient routine and truly focus during your workout, 45 minutes is definitely enough! You shouldn't be spending more than an hour and a half in the gym if you’re doing highly intense workouts, neither do you need to spend the entire day workout out!
I’ve hit a plateau! How do I get out of it?
It all starts with a mindset change. Also, make sure you are putting in maximum EFFORT! Trust the process and allow change in your life and you WILL break out of the plateau. Again, if you are following the 5 Pillars you will be seeing results!
What is the difference between the 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program and Personal 1-On-1 Coaching?
Although our Novus Transformation Coaches join you LIVE everyday during the 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program, this is a totally different experience compared to the Personal 1-On-1 Coaching. In Personal 1-On-1 Coaching, you are paired directly with your own Personal Coach who is there for YOU every single day.
The LIVE Challenge will walk you through the first 3 Pillars of the Novus Transformation Lifestyle to help you build the foundation you need. Our Personal Coaches will meet with your group to deliver top-tier, professional content to help you succeed throughout your health journey. You'll get daily challenges, content, and check-ins to keep you accountable and engaged. All LIVE Coaching Program members will go through the process together as a team!
The 1-On-1 Coaching is your opportunity to work one-on-one with an expert throughout the duration of the 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program. The purpose of our coaching program is to help you get you the results you have not been able to get on your own. You can expect that your Coach will ask you tough questions in order to gain more clarity around what is holding you back. With your permission, your coach will take you through the appropriate process to eliminate those blocks/barriers that are keeping you stuck. The more you work together, the more you will learn about your comfort zones and limitations.
Even though it may be uncomfortable, it is our job to make you aware of your comfort zones, and to challenge, encourage, and support you on expanding your comfort zones. You can count on your Coach to be there for you during your growing process, and instead of judging you, he or she will give you the encouragement and wisdom you need to keep going.
You can expect to ENJOY this process of growth. If we aren’t having fun, then something is wrong! It is our intention for you to look forward to each and every day, because it is all about YOU! It can’t get more interesting than THAT!
Can I do this program while pregnant?
It's exciting to hear you're thinking of starting a family!
Our Novus Transformation Lifestyle is safe during pregnancy; we do suggest adding 400 calories to our nutrition plan during your 2nd month of the 21 Day LIVE Coaching Program and then 500 extra calories during your 3rd month to ensure you have the energy to keep that baby growing strong!
Regarding our fitness programs, if your pregnancy is normal, it is safe to continue or start most types of exercise. You may need to make a few changes and modifications as you reach the second and third months, as to avoid exercises that involve lying flat on your back as this decreases blood flow to the uterus.
With these small modifications, you will be rocking out the Novus Transformation Lifestyle while expecting! In fact, some Novus Transformation coaches lived the Novus Transformation Lifestyle during their pregnancies.

Do you have advice on how to quit smoking while using this program?
Great question! Our Novus Transformation Personal Coaches will not only help you with all things fitness and nutrition, they also help with many of life's challenges.
In our Personal Coaching program, we really focus on taking baby steps to achieve our goals as we know making small, daily changes leads to huge lifestyle changes over time. This is something that would be beneficial for you to consider as you begin this program... not only in the healthy eating/fitness realm, but also in quitting smoking! Make a small daily goal to achieve, after you have achieved it for one day, aim for a week, and then for a month.
Let's use smoking as an example... say you're starting at a pack of cigarettes per day.
Day 1 - Goal: smoke no more than half a pack of cigarettes
If you've achieved this:
Week 1 - Goal: smoke no more than half a pack of cigarettes
If you've achieved this for a month, modify your goal
Day 32 - Goal: smoke not more than 3 cigarettes per day.... etc.
This is how we make change, small steps that add up to giant leaps over time. That's what makes our program so sustainable and achievable. The biggest piece of our program is you and the hard work and dedication you put in to make your results a reality.
Tips about smoking cessation -
1 - smoking is typically linked to events (after dinner, mid-day breaks, driving in the car). Start with recognizing the events that trigger you.
2 - Find something to do with your hands. Stress balls, fidget gadgets are good things to have around, especially in the car.
3 - Start changing the narrative about cigarettes. Instead of looking at them as a way to relax, get away from life, or socializing, start looking at them as things that will harm your health.
I know you can do it, it's a matter of making that commitment to yourself to integrate these changes into your daily life! You can do this!!
